PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION<\/strong><\/p>\n

The traveler voluntarily provides personal data that is used exclusively for the realization of the contracted trip. The agency guarantees data protection according to legal regulations and shares it only with partners necessary for the realization of the trip (eg accommodation, insurance, transport). The passenger agrees to the use of his data for further communication with the Agency.<\/p>\n

The Agency applies appropriate data protection measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss or misuse.<\/p>\n

COMPLAINT RESOLUTION<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The traveler may submit a written complaint about a non-performed or incorrectly performed service within 8 days after the trip. It is recommended to address the complaint to the service provider on site and request a written confirmation. Group complaints are not acceptable.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The agency responds within 15 days, with the possibility of an extension for an additional 15 days. If the complaint is founded, the Traveler has the right to return the unused services, but not the entire arrangement. With \"Last minute\" offers, complaints about the quality of accommodation are not possible.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Until the Agency resolves the complaint, the Traveler may not involve third parties (e.g. court, media).<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

HOW TO SUBMIT A COMPLAINT<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

In accordance with the laws, complaints are submitted:<\/p>\n

The traveler may use alternative dispute resolution methods, including the Conciliation Center at the Croatian Chamber of Commerce or the European Platform for Online Dispute Resolution.<\/p>\n

GUARANTEE AND LIABILITY INSURANCE<\/p>\n

The agency offers additional travel insurance: health, cancellation, accident and luggage insurance.<\/p>\n

LUGGAGE<\/p>\n

Luggage transportation within the carrier's permitted weight is free of charge. Excess luggage is paid by the passenger. The agency is not responsible for lost or damaged luggage and recommends luggage insurance.<\/p>\n

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS AND PASSENGER OBLIGATIONS<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The traveler must have valid travel documents and comply with visa, border, customs and health regulations. The Agency is not responsible for the consequences of non-compliance with regulations.<\/p>\n

FINAL PROVISIONS<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

By signing the contract, the Traveler confirms that he\/she is familiar with and agrees to the terms and conditions. In the event of a dispute, the competent court is the one based at the Agency's headquarters, applying Croatian law.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION (GDPR)<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The Mon Travel travel agency attaches great importance to the protection of personal data. All data is processed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable regulations.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The collected data is used exclusively for the provision of contracted services.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Data is not forwarded to third parties except when necessary (accommodation, transportation, insurance).<\/p>\n

Data transfer takes place via a secure server.<\/p>\n
